Škojera fishing event - is a traditional event held in Božava on Dugi otok. Škojera is a manifestation of fun, gastronomic, cultural, educational and sports character. The tradition of Božava is presented through various programs such as folklore, fishing crafts and presentation of autochthonous products of Božava. Where St. Nikola Božava presents the Božava costume, playing the Božava wheel and singing autochthonous songs from the town of Božava. The master for patching and reinforcing fishing nets has their point on the waterfront where they demonstrate the art of patching fishing nets on the spot. In the afternoon, there is a program for children - Sea Olympics. The gastronomic program of the event is carried out through the presentation of products by local OPGs and the offer of fish dishes. Musical entertainment part of the program, except where SV. Nikola completes the band.
